Returns: Customers can return items within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: Upon receiving the returned item, House of Vieve will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days depending on your card issuer.
